Higgins applied anti-graffiti coatings to over 35,000 square metres of concrete structures including bridges, barriers, piers and parapets. Whilst conforming to strict Vic Roads specifications including, conducting detailed quality testing using high tech instrumentation, the protection of the environment was key to the success of this project.
