We recently completed a project for Monterey Bay Apartments, a highly prestigious apartment complex situated in the waterways of Mandurah, south of Perth. The complex presented some difficult access issues, but our team overcame them using a combination of industrial rope access, elevated work platforms and some fixed scaffolding to carry out the works.
Other challenges included the significant salt build up on steel work, which required full washing down prior to painting, and Mandurah’s popularity as a holiday destination. Therefore, we used a small crew of painters to ensure minimal disruption to residents during the progress of the work and avoided work on site during the busy Christmas period.
