Chadstone Car Park
The Fashion Capital - Chadstone, is Australia's most illustrious retail outlet. Offering its consumers an eclectic mix of fine-dining, entertainment and high-end fashion, this hub is consistently packed to the rafters with both local and international visitors.
Earlier this year, Higgins' Melbourne team was engaged to comprehensively wash-down Car Park C, before repainting the area and providing new line marking to help the traffic flow. After providing an exemplary end-product, Higgins was re-engaged to provide a similar finish to four of the other car parks throughout Chadstone.
The client was impressed with our work and our ability to consistently provide a single point of contact. As with most jobs this one was not without its challenges. The most prominent of which, was the requirement for considerable after hours work, given the shopping centre remained operational throughout. This was not an issue for us, given our familiarity with the retail industry, and we were able to schedule night works to accommodate.
