Parramatta University is home to a range of aspiring students each year, some of whom board on a permanent basis. The Campus Living Villages offers students accommodation to live within for the duration of their tertiary studies. Given that these living units house thousands of students each year, there is a need for the facilities to be regularly maintained.
Higgins was engaged by Campus Living Villages to perform a multi-year repainting plan to replace the damaged coating system and then maintain the new system thereafter.
Our scope of works included washing, repairing and repainting the exterior surfaces of the villages, with timber replacement completed ad hoc. The University's representatives, occupants and CLV management alike are thrilled with the new look of the building.
