Brown Brothers Winery is an iconic Australian-owned family business located in Milawa. It has proudly produced wine for 130 years.
Our Northern Victoria team was engaged by Brown Brothers Winery in a maintenance plan to rejuvenate and enhance the facilities at their Milawa vineyard. The facility houses wine tanks, a cellar door, administrative buildings and a barn.
The scope of work included internal and external repainting, washing and cleaning wine tanks, and steelworks in the crusher pit and barn. The first year of the maintenance plan includes an internal refresh for ceilings, walls, doors and door frames. Ceilings, rafters, and wall surfaces were also treated with care to maintain their structural and aesthetic integrity.
Externally the wine tanks underwent thorough washing and cleaning to support operational hygiene, while the steelworks and crusher pit were carefully painted to protect against wear.
The buildings were professionally washed to help preserve their façade and protect them from continued exposure to the elements in regional Victoria.
The works were strategically planned to align with the winery’s operational calendar, ensuring minimal disruption.
