Higgins was awarded the Wilson Parking project, which involves a complete repaint of three carparks in the Melbourne CBD, for owner Dexus. To give an idea of the scale of the project, we anticipate our team will use approximately 20,000 litres of paint to spray paint all surfaces from ceilings to walls and columns – no mean feat in a busy carpark with a high user demand location.
As such, all works are being carried out at night, to ensure minimal disruption at peak times. Higgins will also be liaising with the Wilson team to co-ordinate various issues such as traffic management, to ensure the project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
