Marcus Clarke Street is one of the busiest thoroughfares within the Australian Capital Territory. The building at 60 Marcus Clarke Street recently required repainting works, and chose Higgins' Canberra crew to carry out the project.
Due to its position within the CBD, this building’s previously faded and worn-down colour scheme had been identified as an issue. Our crew was excited to be engaged to help bring this landmark building back to its former glory.
The project entailed a full external repaint, including a colour change. With the quality of the finish in mind, Higgins collaborated with Taubmans to design a painting specification exclusively for this structure.
Traffic management systems and height access equipment were utilised throughout to maintain OH&S compliance, and allow pedestrians to complete their day-to-day commutes with minimal disruptions.
