Higgins' Perth Team was engaged by the council of owners at 51 Riversdale Rd to complete a full external repaint.
Significant preparation work was required to restore the state of the rotting balustrading, prior to the painting commencing. By addressing this in the current phase of works, we were able to prolong the life of the balustrading.
The scope of works featured a colour change to the walls, doors, balustrading, carport steel works, all common area walls and meter boxes. Minor repainting works were also carried out to eaves and soffits in the existing colour scheme.
The project spanned for four weeks with as many painters on-site for the duration. The final product was endorsed by the chairmen of the council of owners.
"Had our council of owners meeting and have been requested to pass-on to Higgins on their behalf a great big thanks for a great painting job done. From the preparation work, to the completion of the job and follow-up, great professionalism and courtesy was shown. It was a pleasure to have such a team on our site, and we have received significant positive feedback from both internal and external sources."
